ITALIAN COOKERY WORKSHOPS

In our informal and relaxing food workshops, you will have the chance to learn new culinary skills in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

In each class, we will introduce you to the incredible flavours of Italy, guiding you through the preparation of traditional Italian recipes, perfect for both savoury lovers and those with a sweet tooth.

You will enjoy everything you cook, and we will also treat you to additional starters, delicious desserts, and a glass of Prosecco.​ All ingredients and equipment are provided. Beverages are available for purchase on site.

Our workshops are designed for anyone aged 16 and up, with no prior experience or cooking skills required.​

Workshop Content

In our immersive two-hour and half gnocchi cookery workshop you will learn how to craft this classic Italian dish from scratch. The experience begins with a lively and informative PowerPoint presentation, accompanied by a glass of prosecco to whet your appetite.

Next, roll up your sleeves for a hands-on cooking session where you will discover the secrets of making traditional gnocchi. From shaping techniques to perfectly balancing the flavours of a classic "salsa al pomodoro", you will build confidence and master essential culinary skills along the way.

To round off the class, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor followed by a delightful serving of authentic homemade Italian tiramisu.
